Positive: As we were driving to another destination, this hotel, located in teh motorway, was a very good stop. The desk staff were very helpful and kind to give us some directions in what to see and where to park in Lugo (the hotel is sort of 10min drive from the city). The hotel has a restaurant and cafeteria, which is very handy if you don't want to drive to the city. As we didn't make our reservation with breakfast, and didn't want to pay extras 9,5€ per person, we order a simple one at the cafeteria and, despite the grumpy waiter, it was just what we needed. Our room was spacious, but it had a very boring decoration that could be easily improved.

Negative: We wanted to order breakfast from the cafeteria, but the waiter wasn't in a good mood. The communication was very bad, and he wasn't keen to make it easier. He made no effort to understand our "Portunhol" and wasn't even able to inform us of the breakfast options. In other words, he didn't want to understand and also wasn't capable of informing us in Spanish, which we understand very well, about the breakfast options or answering our questions.
