Positive: Nice vintage place with lovely interieur. Beds where good, the place was clean. Nice village. Enough parking space.

Negative: We arrived between 17.00 and 18.00 on a friday. The hotel was closed. There was a note on the door (only in German) with a phone number to call. we called and we could get our key from a key box. The restaurant was closed so we could not eat there. We could eat at a other restaurant up the road. We did. Room was clean but smelled very intens, like someone prayed a whole can off air freshener in there. It was really overwelming. Tried to look for the source (like a plug in air wick or something) but could not find it. Opend a window but the smell did not go away. Not nice to sleep in this smell. Very small shower. Curtains where to small for the window. A few sloppy repairs and bad applied wallpaper. Breakfast was at 08.00. We wanted te leave early but waited for the breakfast. 1 Staffmember came in at 8.00 and started setting up breakfast. Breakfast was very basic nothing special. In the restaurant there where also tools and boxes laying around, aswell as in the lobby. All these little things kind off killed the romantic vintage vibe of the place.
