Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very friendly and helpful owner, who made lovely meals and spoke excellent English. Very comfortable and well-equipped room. Location was very accessible by car (or bike if we'd had one). A great location for touring the area. Excellent value for money.

Negative: Location was some way from the Lake on foot (a pretty unremarkable 30-minute walk to the nearest part of the lake; which was an area dominated by campsites). Though similar properties closer to nice parts of the lake would have been much more expensive. .

Summary: A very friendly, hospitable base for touring the area by car.
