Summary: It definitely is a budget hotel but if you need something close to the Arena it's perfect! Just a short walk from the hotel to the venue, and a bit further if you want Meadowhall etc. Very basic room but bed was clean & comfy and shower was powerful & hot. Breakfast included and perfectly adequate. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.
