Dating from 1720, recently restored, to make a warm cocoon, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people + a baby.
Ideally located to discover Alsace, in a quiet village, near Ribeauvillé, Colmar, Europa-park in Germany and not far from Strasbourg.
Supermarket and bakery 5 minutes walk. Supermarket Leclerc Ribeauvillé 3 km.
Departure for shuttles to the region's Christmas markets at Ribeauvillé bus station, 1.5 km away. .
Located on a small square, very quiet, the house consists of:
- Raised ground floor:
A few steps lead to the wooden balcony, furnished with a marble top table and bistro chairs.
In the entrance of the house, to your left is placed the 1st bathroom, with W. C and shower.
Opposite, you will find a large living room, with a large table (possibility to add extensions for 10 people), a wood stove (wood provided) a foosball for adult (child from 8 years) .
Follow the TV lounge (large flat screen) with a sofa bed convertible BZ 2 people (quality bedding). A curtain can be advanced to isolate this room from the dining room.
The semi-open kitchen, equipped, among other things, with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee maker. Available for free, kitchen background (vinegar oil, salt sugar, coffee, tea, spices, etc.). as well as household products.
On the first floor you will find:
- a master suite with a 140/190 bed-box, a small dressing room and a bathroom with double sink, bathtub and W. C.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and possible access to the bathroom of the parental suite.

The basement, slightly buried (it was the old sheepfold) is the room for bicycles and motorcycles.

There are many bike paths and hiking trails around Guémar and in the nearby vineyards.
