Positive: Silent neighborhood, very clean and tidious entrance, excellent room, clean and fresh bed linens and towels, in room coffee&tea set, wide selection of a la carte breakfast of your choices.

Negative: additional receptacles on the desk to recharge cellular phones, laptop etc electrical portables.

Summary: wonderful warm and comfortable boutique hotel stay like home
