Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: We had to travel to a seperate location 20 mins walk away to collect keys, this was not explained until the a couple of days before we arrived. On Booking.com they say they can meet you at the property with keys if you need. They denied all knowledge of this on text and emails before we got there and demanded to know where we saw that. Apparently the problem was that it was a public holiday so they were short staffed, this was not explained until we were in their office. They were not nice to deal with.

Summary: Apartment great, hosts not worth it.
