Summary: Close to grocery stores and relatively quiet, this apartment has a great view in what appears to be a working class neighbourhood. We would have rated it higher except for the dirty dishes and lingering cigarette smoke smell in the linens and apartment. This was advertised as smoke-free, but this was not the case when we arrived. I would note that the dirty dishes were probably as a result of the last guest who stayed there as there is no dishwasher and they have to be hand washed. Once we aired out the place and made sure the dishes were clean, we had a fabulous stay! Our host, Daniel, kindly spoke a bit more slowly so I could understand with my poor French language skills.
