Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It was a lovely hotel and perfectly convenient for what we were looking for. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious!

Negative: We didn't really meet anyone who dealt with the hotel. We were never really welcomed. We were given the key by a barmaid who said she didn't know where the room was (easy enough to find). For checkout the whole hotel was closed. We were locked inside the hotel and we had to leave the key in the hall as there was no one to assist us with check out. Also, breakfast is offered on the website but we were told the evening before they were closed for breakfast. We were in a tiny village with very little open and had a long day of work ahead of us, so breakfast would have been appreciated.
