A lovely 6 persons townhouse (140m2), completely renovated with modern stylish interior and a beautiful sunny garden. At 5 min walking distance from station Heemstede / Aerdenhout, the train brings you in 20 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam. The dunes and beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort only 10 min by car, 20 minutes by bike. 500 meters from our house you will find a regular and organic supermarket, a variety of restaurants and local shops. Parking with a permit, we provide this free of charge. You can also use our bicycles.
Groundfloor.
The living room has a seating area with a large sofa, a flat-screen smart HDTV (Netflix included) and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. With authentic room ensuite doors you enter a sunny spacious open kitchen with a large dining table and a wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, gas stove, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer. Our drinking water is filtered with an Osmosis filter, delicious ultra clean water for drinking or cooking. There is also a Soda stream to make your own filtered sparkling water.
Through 2 large patio doors or the kitchen door you enter the sunny south facing garden where a lounge set for 6-8 people and a sun umbrella to relax and enjoy long sunny days.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom is approximately 30 m2 and has a kingsize Hästens double bed of 2. 20 x 2. 20. This room is bright and overlooking the garden.
The other double bedroom (25m2) has a kingsize adjustable Auping double bed with 2 separate mattresses of 90 x 180.
The other two bedrooms are single bedrooms (7 m2). One located on the garden side. The other one is at the street side.
The bathroom has 2 sinks and 2 showers, a washer and dryer.
The two toilets are separate, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
A variety of restaurants can be found in our street. You can choose from a no-nonsense pizzeria or enjoy a delicious evening of Australian Cuisine.
We prefer to host families or couples. We also welcome companies who are attending exhibitions or events. Longer stay available on request.
