Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was a great location, the space looked fresh and clean. Staff was lovely and very helpful.

Negative: The check-in instructions weren’t given via Booking.com or email, so we had to rely on calling the hosts to give check-in instructions which could have been clearer. Plus the cleaning fee should have been included in total price we paid to book the room, asking for an extra €20 seems very dodgy and scammy to get extra money out of tourists.
