The Space:
Step inside this stylish waterfront holiday home and head upstairs, where you’ll be greeted by a beautifully appointed open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with high vaulted ceilings. The living area features two cosy sofas, a smart TV, a warm fireplace for winter, and an AC unit to keep things cool in summer. Beside this, the dining table seats 6 and sits alongside the kitchen. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a fridge/freezer, large gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster.
Sliding glass doors lead out to a generous private deck overlooking the backyard, pool area, and canal. With effortless indoor–outdoor flow, this is the perfect spot for entertaining or enjoying alfresco meals with the BBQ. Downstairs, you’ll find a second spacious living room with two sofas and a smart TV, plus an office at the front of the home. Downstairs sliding doors open to the undercover entertaining zone with outdoor lounges looking onto the sparkling pool, a grassy patch, and sun loungers. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or jet ski and make use of the private pontoon, with deep water canal access to the Mooloolah River and direct ocean access via the river mouth.
