The property is made up of multiple buildings with manicured pathways through the gardens. The main Villa has an incredible well stocked library with a super fun loft with two twin beds, perfect for the young adventurous ones! The estate leads right to the water with fantastic snorkeling right off the shore. There is a beautiful herb and veggie garden as well as a shade house where you can pick fresh fruits and veggies for your salads and dinners as well as a hen house for farm fresh eggs daily. Guests have complete access to the property except any utility or service areas housing sensitive plant and machinery like pump rooms etc. The kitchen has a walk in refrigerator that is closed off for owner use only. Small dogs allowed, no puppies. Extra security deposit will apply for pets.

Located in the Privateers develoment on the Eastern side of the Great Camanoe, Diamond Reef Estate is set on 10 acres of water front land with easy access to two beaches and the community dock.
Getting Around:
Access to Great Camanoe is by boat only. You will have access to a 17' centre console for trips to Trellis Bay, Marina Cay or Scrub Island. We also have a 26' Glacier Bay power catamaran available for rent for day trips with a captain.

I live on the other side of the island so near enough if you need anything or any assistance.
