This beautiful five star villa is located in small place Zaton which is only 10 - 15 minutes drive from historical centre of Dubrovnik, but then again far enough from the urban noise.
Zaton is a scenic bay situated north-west of Dubrovnik. Zaton has been a place for vacation since the early times of the Republic of Ragusa in the early 15th century. Almost every noble Dubrovnik family had their summerhouse built in Zaton. Also, in Zaton you can find beautiful beaches, nice trails near the sea and lot of charming restaurants where you can taste delicious local specialities.
This luxury villa has 330 sq meters of modern decorated interior, divided into three floors. Living room, dining room, kitchen and one toilet are on the ground floor. On the same level there is a big terrace with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and shower. First floor consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Summary: We loved this spectacular villa, and we loved its spectacular location in Zaton. Villa is filled with light, and every room has a delightful view of the bay and surrounding neighborhoods. It is spacious, all bedrooms are terrific, and the property had everything possible to meet our needs. If we had a question (could you provide umbrellas for the pool?) Peter was incredibly responsive.For us, the location was unsurpassed. Walking distance to markets and restaurants and well, just walking. There is a charming waterside walk along the bay. Heaven.The one and only challenge was finding Villa initially. House number had not been provided. Of course, this is easily resolvable, and I’m confident will be in future.We could not recommend this Villa more highly, and extend our deepest thanks for a superb week.
