Positive: The owner is super nice, he met me at the property. He showed me the apartment, the garage ( parking is on the -1 floor), I had no issues getting in and out with my KGM Korando SUV. The apartment is quite big, squeaky clean, quiet - the balcony opens to the courtyard. It has everything you need. Very strategic location - several restaurants and 24/7 grocery stores in the area. Pharmacy at the end of the street. The neighbourhood is nice, easy to walk around. It seemed safe, I had to walk after dark and no issues whatsoever.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Would definitely book again, great communication, great place, great location and garage parking!
