It has a central living room with a pull-out sofa bed and integrated dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes and dishwasher. The bedroom has a large double bed, a spacious sliding door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and a hair dryer. The apartment has a large, covered balcony with a sun lounger, table and four chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking spaces are directly on the street in front of the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for bicycles brought along. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
