If you don't have your own boat, part of the romantic delight of your holiday will be coming across on the old wooden ferry ‘Myra’ from Palm Beach which direct is only a 10 minute trip to the wharf adjacent to your stay at Mackerel Beach Cottage.
This stunning escape is just 43 km from the Sydney CBD and situated on the western shore of Pittwater in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. In short, it's a tranquil slice of unspoilt paradise. So just roll up in your boat or on the ferry and let the kids roam the area whilst you unwind.
The cottage is recently renovated with 2 bedrooms in the main cottage both with Queen beds. In the back garden, accessed by a wooden walkway, is a spacious beach cabin again with views of Pittwaters expansive waterway. The cabin has 2 king single bunks and a Queen bed. In addition, it also has its own bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning and Tv. The perfect spot for the kids after they have enjoyed all Great Mackerel has to offer…
Mackerel Beach Cottage comes with 2 SUP’s and 2 canoes for you to enjoy the beach and the sheltered water of Ku-ring-gai.
