Unique property a few kilometers from the Canal du Midi and the City of Carcassonne. The rented house is located in an 18th century property, on which is also located the house of guests absent during the summer period.
On one level, with an area of 100 m2 with two large bedrooms, living room of 40 m2 with GODIN stove, two bathrooms, one of which is private.

Summary: We spent two very nice weeks in Philipes accommodation. The house in the annex of the main house (where Philippe lives), beautifully located at the edge of the pretty village of Pennautier. The overall location is great, 15 minutes by car from Carcassone, about 30 minutes to the Montagne Noir (beautiful hiking area) and to the sea you drive about 1 hour. A nice walk through the fields leads in about 40 minutes to the Canal du Midi. The house was very clean and well equipped, nothing was missing. WiFi is fast and on tv there are lots of international channels. We especially enjoyed the refreshing jumps into the pool after one of our many hikes. Overall a very good experience.
