Mamaku Manor, is a large Caribbean home, set on an acre of tropical bliss. The colonial styled property consists of 3 ample sized bedrooms, each with Ensuite bathroom, all with double french doors leading to large outdoor deck, facing the ocean. There is also a powder room and a good sized utility room with washing machine. The living area is open plan and spacious, the Kitchen is fitted with high end stainless steel appliances. The property also has a self contained cottage, with its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchenette and outdoor patio. The property sits on the waterfront, is airy, bright and breezy. There is a large L shaped swimming pool with water fall feature. A large swing adjacent to the swimming pool has been placed for swinging to the sound of the ocean or just sheer relaxation.

There is an outdoor dining area next to the pool which seats 6 persons comfortably along with an outdoor barbeque grill.
