Positive: The location is very pretty and the staff is really nice, also the breakfast was really good!

Negative: You have to reserve your time at the pool, there was no availability left to go, when we told them it was unacceptable to make a reservation to go to the pool, they accepted that we went for 27 min. When we arrived at the spa, the Hammam was not working at all. Honestly the rooms were very old looking and there was stains on the carpet and in the bath of being old. Not 5 stars acceptable.
