On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room with SAT TV. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a 2 bathrooms. The outside area spreads over 700 square meters includes beautiful garden with swimming pool, sunbathing area which offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun whilst the terrace has outdoor dining area with barbecue so you can enjoy al fresco dining. If you just want peace while reading the book under grape wine you will find beautiful terrace from the other side of the house.
The entire property is fenced and it has private parking for 2 cars.
