Four Winds Condominium is one of the nicer complex in the area. This 36 unit condominium complex is low density and offers many of the same features found in much larger complexes.
Unit 702 is located on the 7th floor. This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo has been recently renovated and is perfect for a couple or small family and will sleep 3 adults and 2 small children comfortably.
The Master bedroom offers a King bed with a flat screen TV and private full bathroom. This unit also offers two built in bunk beds with new mattresses that are located in the hallway.
The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, with 65 inch flat screen TV and a private Gulf front balcony that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white sand from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back.
The unit is also equipped with a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer combo. We have recently added a Keurig Coffee Maker.

In addition to the large outdoor pool this complex also features a hot tub and a wading pool for children.
