Positive: Great location with lots of cafes and eateries nearby and wonderful for walking and exploring the old central area of Hanoi. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, what made this lovely little hotel so special were the staff! They were all so charming, friendly and helpful! It was a true delight to stay here! I can highly recommend the Minerva Church and look forward to returning.

Summary: Very enjoyable, comfortable and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
