- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.
- The building management is currently replacing carpets in the common areas. This building-wide initiative may cause some temporary disruption in shared spaces such as hallways and lobbies.
- Please be advised that the entry gate to the 1, 2 & 4 Dolphin car park is currently malfunctioning. Until the issue is resolved, all residents and guests are asked to exit temporarily via the 4 Bechert car park. A technician has been contacted and will attend to the issue as soon as possible.
- Guests with pets must clean up after them in all common areas. Failing to do so may result in a breach notice or fine, as per building by-laws. Please carry waste bags and use the bins provided. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean for everyone.
- 2nd bedroom centre wardrobe door and left wardrobe door are locked and no access is granted.
- The cupboard in the kitchen above the fridge is locked and no access is granted.
