Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house was warm, clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent including a brilliant swimming pool. There was plenty of space for us all to spend time together. There were wonderful extra touches like a real Christmas tree and some mince pies. Once I received a contact number for the property management, they were responsive and helpful including allowing us a late checkout.

Negative: I tried to contact the property before the stay and did not receive a reply. However, once I had a contact number, the service provided was exceptional.
