Light-filled and beautifully furnished throughout, My Place features a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living area that flows to a covered north-facing deck and courtyard. This delightful space is perfect for morning coffee, long lunches, evening drinks and relaxing all year round with the comfort of a ceiling fan and outdoor heater. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, contemporary space to unwind.
The designer kitchen is an entertainer's dream with a kitchen island bench and stools, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and walk-in pantry.
There are 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, the master bedroom also has split system heating and air conditioning, a walk-in robe and ensuite, plus there's a second bathroom and laundry. The layout is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends.
McCrae Beach, cafs, restaurants and local shops are an easy walk away via the nearby walking track, so you can leave the car behind and enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
