Summary: This place was a great stay for our family of 4 - close to transportation (including the bus / tram to the beach) and walking distance to the historical centre of Sintra (15-20min walk). It was clean and comfortable. The property management company BnBird was very poor on communications (their 2 phone numbers don't even work), but the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp. The only downsides really are that the staircase to get upstairs is a little harrowing / unsafe for children and older people and the walls with the neighbours are paper thin so bring ear plugs.
