PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Feel the seabreeze and watch the sun rise and set on the upper front bay deck and enjoy al fresco dining on the private large rear deck while taking in views of the treetops. The outdoor table setting can be converted to extend to 2 metres. This townhouse (one of two) has every luxury amenity. The kitchen is highly finished with everything necessary including Euro appliances, commercial heating and cooling and contains a breakfast bar with bar stools and a bar area.

Nautilus 1 is perfect holiday living for families and romantic retreats and can be opened up to include Nautilus 2 to accommodate larger holidaying groups for up to 18 guests. Both properties can be booked as Nautilus Villa (to include Nautilus 1 and 2) if not independently booked. Please enquire with us.

Study containing a double sofa bed* (suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children)

Bedroom 2: D/S 1 x Triple Bunk Bed (Double on the bottom and single on the top) + single bed + trundle + robes + carpet (sleeps 5)

Bedroom 3: D/S 1 x Queen + robes + carpet (sleeps 2)

* The double sofa bed in the small spare room is off the hallway (please note: the hallway windows are glass, so no privacy is offered). This room is practical as a resting room for reading or for one adult / 2 small children.

Due to our high standard of accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. You will be required to sign and agree to our No Party Policy.

2. A maximum of 10 guests on the property at any given time.

3. A bond is required to be paid prior to arrival.
