The newly renovated apartment in an Art Nouveau building from 1881 is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, and great views. You’ll love the neighborhood, the kitchen, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. A short walking distance to the Old Town, the Königsallee (THE shopping street of Germany), the Rhine, Banking district, etc. The tram or underground is only 50 meters (yards) away and can take you to other parts of the city or to the trade fair.

The space
The apartment was completely renovated in November 2016. The kitchen, baths and all furniture are all new.

There are 2 bedrooms located at opposite ends of the apartment which makes for a real feeling of privacy. As well as two full baths so no one has to wait or be rushed in the mornings.
There is also a sofa bed where one person can sleep comfortably and two people can sleep if they like each other.
The kitchen is complete with: stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and an American style refrigerator.
There is a spacious living room and dining area as well as a breakfast table in the kitchen and a brand new balcony.
