At the night time enjoy the moon sky at the 2nd floor balcony. The space The house locate on Chiangmai - Hangdong road (high way no. 108) in Malada MAZ estate unit #54 .Opposite with Sanpasak school , Sanphakwan subdistrict, Hangdong district, Chiangmai . Surround with many international school , such as Panyaden, Sathit Rangsit Bilingual School , Hana Christian kid school, American Pacific International School , Grace international school, Germany international school. Only 8 minute from central airport junction. Home have 2 air conditioning bed room , master bed room have whirl pool tub and rain shower. Second room have private bath room and panoramic view. Second floor provide rubber sleeping mattress for extra guest.This floor at window enjoy the small river and Doi suthep mountain view. Kitchen room have full equipment and cooking ware , electrict induction stove, water boiling pot, toaster, washing machine, microwave , drinking water filtering system, and dining table. High speed internet or free WiFi also provied. Green area open air area at outdoor of the house. Second floor have sunny balcony , nice to relax with a cup of tea/coffee at evening or early morning. The property locate beside main road no.108, Chiangmai - Hangdong, so easy to transport to town or other place. The yellow color public car always pass this route to old city. Guest can call GRAB taxi to go any place or renting car also available to manage. Guest access Entire home with three floors, two air condition bed rooms, private bath room in every bed room, whirlpool tub in master bed room, toiletries, towels, iron, dryer and provide king size bed and sofa bed. Bed room 2 provide queen size bed and private bath room. Extra mattress and linin also provides. Kitchen room provide cooking ware, electric induction stove, refrigerator, toaster, water boiling pot, microwave, cooking hood, washing machine , drinking water filtering system, dinning table with child chair and also roasted coffee to your own making drip coffee mix with brown sugar. Guest also order food delivery from food shop in village or Vietnamese food from MyVietnam at Kadfarang . Another delivery international food is Jasmin restaurant, please looking and order delicious food via -------; Jasmine restaurant. second floor are free space to working as home office or sleeping area for extra guest. sleeping rubber matress and other spare part serve for extra guest. Club house service : swimming pool , fitness room , and also green zone at outdoor. The neighborhood Near village Sanphakwan rural folk life paddy field close with nature , Royal Flora Rajchapreuk, Chiangmai Night safari, Doi kham temple, Grand Canyon water park at Namprae sub district, North Golf Hill at Kunpunt 9 estate, Sathit Rangsit University Bilingual school.
