Located on the south-west coast of Antigua, on a waterfront bluff, between the white sands of Antigua’s beautiful Ffryes and Darkwood beaches. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from the VC Bird International Airport. Jolly Harbour Marina is just a 5-minute drive away, where there is an excellent choice of restaurants and a shopping centre. The main town of St John’s is a 20-minute drive from the villa.

One king size ensuite bedroom leads off from the main living area. The first floor accommodates two king-size ensuite bedrooms, a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and a private study. From the main pool deck an external stairway leads to the private garden, and to the fifth bedroom with king size bed, adjacent bathroom and private lounge. A games room complete with pool table and TV completes the lower level. Air-conditioning is throughout, with ceiling fans and fly screens as well. All rooms have high speed internet service.
