Positive: The hotel, hotel restaurant and staff are great.

Negative: The Price for a room was absolutely way too high, considering where it is, which is a third world old city with not much to offer. A beach front hotel in the Med or Caribbean, or a room in Paris or New York are less expensive than Park Hyatt Zanzibar.

Summary: Not Worth the Price.
