Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel is situated in a pleasant location, and the exterior of the building is attractive. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, it would have been very helpful to receive written information before check-in about the heating not working in the rooms during the stay. This would have set clear expectations from the start and avoided unnecessary inconvenience.

Negative: The lack of English skills made communication difficult, which caused problems during what should have been a simple check-in. No information was provided – for example, breakfast times, the Wi-Fi code, or other practical details. In addition, the room allocation system seemed confusing. There was no hot water in the shower, and I was only informed that there were heating issues in the room. The TV had poor or no signal, and there was also insufficient lighting in the room, as several bulbs had burnt out.

Summary: A nice stay overall, though I find it hard to see how it qualifies as a ***-star hotel.
