Located on the ground floor of a stunning townhouse in Richmond Hill, this property has allocated parking on the driveway, which is a huge plus, as parking is scarce in this area.
This property has its own entrance on the side of the property, and the front door opens onto a spacious, welcoming hallway.
The open plan living/dining room is light, bright and airy with a lovely view of the extensive back garden, said to be one of the largest in Richmond.
The living area has a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, to sit back and relax, whilst enjoying the view or watching TV. There is a large, smart TV so you can watch all your favourite shows.
The pretty dining area is positioned in the picture window and comfortably seats 5 on window seats and chairs. It's a great spot to sit and look out at the garden. You can also open the French door to bring the outside in.
The kitchen is positioned off the dining area and it also has views out to the garden. It comes fully equipped with everything you need to rustle up a breakfast (perhaps with pastries bought from Richmond Hill Bakery - just a minute's walk away). Or show off your culinary skills with purchases from the local farmer's market.
The main bedroom is a relaxing space, with a comfortable bed to fall into at the end of the day. With plenty of storage space and a TV, you can make yourself at home.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed with a trundle, so sleeps 2. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the 5th bed, as you will need an extra set of bedding.
Bedroom 3 also has a single bed.
The exceptionally large garden is a very peaceful spot and there is a wooden picnic table and bench to enjoy meals or drinks alfresco. The garden is shared with the upstairs neighbour.
With free parking on the driveway, it is very easy to get around by car. This area is also very well served by public transport. You can take the train or underground (tube) from Richmond station, which is a 10 minute walk away for trips into central London. Or hop on a bus to explore the local area. The nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the property.
