Positive: Clean, spacious apartment. Bed is comfortable. Great host. Great location. Good shower.

Negative: Needs something other than thick comforter on the bed. Layers. Got too hot at night even with the temp set at 17C. The TV is in an awkward location. Almost unusable where it is now. The person above is loud and stomps around in the morning. Poor sound insulation from above.
