Summary: We stayed at the Gite in July 2025 and when we arrived we were greeted by the hosts who went through everything with us. The accommodation was immaculately clean and has all the necessary equipment that you will need for your stay (I missed the no bed sheets and towels so make sure you take these or you will end up in the supermarket as we did) The pool (which was cleaned and topped up regularly) was amazing and was very welcome after a day at the river or exploring the area. There is a supermarket that has everything you need in Cenac St Julian or theres a bigger shop in nearby Sarlat which is about 20 minutes away. Overall the holiday was lovely and we couldn't have asked for better accommodation or hosts. This is not a critism more of an awareness if you have children/teenagers who might want to use the internet. As you'd expect in rural France the connection wasn't great so you might want to organise something on your mobiles before you arrive for extra data etc. As I said this isn't a critism as you don't go on holiday to use the internet, more of a polite observation. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.
