Little sister of the cottage: "Chez Paulette" (Ref: HDRF10428476), this farm is ideally located at the gates of Périgord Noir and close to the main sites such as: Sarlat, Lascaux, the Vézère valley, the Dordogne valley, Périgueux and Brantôme. You can also indulge in many leisure activities such as: canoeing, tree climbing, horse riding, visiting numerous castles, caves, museums and even exploring long-distance hiking trails. Quiet, this old 18th century house, despite a complete renovation, has lost none of its charm and authenticity. With all the modern comforts such as heated floor (in winter), a bathroom WC per room, new bedding (160 on the upper floor, 140 and 90 on the ground floor), its large stone fireplace, its home cinema, equipped kitchen. You will feel the very cozy atmosphere of the place. In the summer, you will enjoy its private swimming pool (heated from 05/18/2024 to 09/28/2024 and on request for a contribution) and its large wooden terrace, don't forget your towels. Summary: A truly lovely property which was perfect for our family holiday. There is plenty of space for our family with teens having their own bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable beds with excellent linens, extra towels and thoughtful finishing touches.Kitchen was well equipped and lounge cosy but spacious.The swimming pool was great alongside an excellent seating area.Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly with a great knowledge of the area and what to see. We made great friends with their dog Rio, a gentle and calm dog, so well behaved and a delight to be around.Thankyou Dominique and Veronique.
