Positive: Very friendly welcome from host Bruno. He gave us a house tour and explained everything. There were home made cookies, cake, eggs en wine for us. He responded quickly when we had a question, easy contact by app. Lovely house, beautiful view. Location great to explore most of Madeira. The house is a bit higher on the mountain, lovely breeze in summer, and also important: not too high, below the clouds! Big terrace and inside enough room for a family. New parking facility: opposite the house is a big space for this and 1 other holiday house with a gate, perfect.

Negative: Nothing important really, only a shame that the only toilet is inside the bathroom, but thats a common issue in holiday homes. Be aware that the road to the house ( and parking) is narrow and steep. But thats a common thing on Madeira on the whole island.

Summary: Excellent house and host!
