52 The Boulevard, Sandy Point *AVAILABLE DECEMBER* A much loved, immaculately clean, superb large family holiday house in Sandy Point. Recently renovated, updated and very comfortable with 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with outdoor hot water shower. Perfect for 1-2 families. One street from access path to the surf beach (2nd Ave track). Large, spacious deck overlooks a gorgeous recently updated children's playground. Sip wine on the deck while you watch the children play (you can see your kids from the deck). Private path conveniently accesses the park. Very private setting in bushland with a resident koala or two with a baby frequently spotted in the gum trees right behind the decking. A large BBQ is on the roofed deck to enjoy the summer evenings. Air conditioned or heated accommodation via spilt system or coonara wood heater includes 3 upstairs bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite (pictured), second smaller bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Upstairs also includes an updated kitchen, dining table, lounge room, laundry and bathroom. Downstairs is a large self-contained bed-sit room with a Queen bed and older but very neat and clean ensuite and a further room which has yet another queen bed in it. Both large spaces could be for kids to hang out in and potentially use as a games room. 3 bathrooms in total. Also an outdoor hot water shower. On site parking is available for at least 4 vehicles. 5 minute drive to Shallow Inlet and 45 minute drive to Wilsons Promitory National Park. Ten minute walk to the milk bar and patrolled beach but just a few minutes to a track that leads to the beach, a beautiful walk over sand dunes. This house has a wooden Cot downstairs in the second downstairs bedroom (? Bring baby monitor) and one high chair. Sheets and towels are not supplied, but can be at an extra negotiable cost We prefer minimum 3 night bookings please for weekends but prefer week long bookings of 7 nights on school holidays. And 6 people preferred but max 8 people (kitchen table fits 6) who will have a variety of places to sleep. Extra adult at $40.00 each a night. All negotiable, Please contact me - John.
