Positive: The apartment is very close to the sea and the restaurants and has the necessary facilities like an equipped kitchen, beds, sitting area and there were many big trees around the house.

Negative: The property was not clean. It looked like all areas have not been cleaned properly for a long time, incl. the apartment, the stairs, the yard, the basement. One night I could not fall asleep for a long time as the host was cleaning the apartment downstairs and making a huge noise between 23 h and 24 h in the evening, incl. moving furniture. He was seemingly expecting new guests that came on the next day. After 24 h we rang the doorbell downstairs but no one answered the door. Also, the property was advertised as a 'Holiday Home' but is actually an apartment situated in a house with other apartments/guests.

Summary: We had to compromise
