Positive: We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the “Século XXI-U, a Home in Madeira” vacation apartment in September 2025. The location was excellent with two public swimming pools (eg, Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex and Doca do Cavacas Natural Pools), hiking trails, a grocery store, and cafes,restaurants, and a wine bar within comfortable walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished, and the highlight was the balcony with stunning views of the ocean. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and efficient and everyone we worked with at the property management firm (A Home in Madeira) was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We definitely plan to book this apartment again on our next trip to Madeira!
