Summary: My wife, daughter, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed an excellent week at Gilles & Anne Marie's house. The location next to Utah Beach is amazing and perfect if you have a dog or are a beach lover. The house is also a perfect base for exploring Normandy's numerous WW2 sites. The house was clean and well equipped, whilst the owners were very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Our only criticism is the wifi in the house is very slow (around 1.9 mbps), which is not enough for making video calls & streaming. Our mobile signals were poor, so we relied on the wifi for connectivity, but it struggled much beyond checking emails and browsing online. This may be an issue for anyone needing to work. We would be happy to stay here again and I recommended the house.
