Even Stanstead Airport and Stratford in 12 minutes from nearby Tottenham Hale railway station. There are also reliable bus routes, day & night, to the City and West End No smoking in the house - No pets allowed - No partying or loud noises Keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over please Always be respectful of the neighbours We can offer flexible checkin - checkout times however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual checkin times after 14:00 and checkout times before 11:00. Latest checkin time available is 19:00 and earliest checkin time at 9:00. If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the checkin time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments. Lost keys or getting locked out – we may apply a minimum £50.00 fee for key replacement or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time and departure timing.
