A beautiful, spacious home suitable for families and discerning friends. The detached property is superbly maintained, warm and very comfortable with a short walk through a wooded chine to the wonderful beaches of Sandbanks in Poole and Bournemouth and The Purbecks.
The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens, halogen hob, microwave and there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a drier.
Towels and beach towels are provided.
Outside there is a paved, enclosed garden to the rear, with gas bbq, garden furniture. On site parking and plenty of on road parking. The house is in BH13, an exclusive area of Branksome Park with a delightful walk through a wooded chine to the beaches.
Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

Summary: This is the best holiday house we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many over the years. The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything one could possibly need, including a constant supply of lovely hot water. The back garden is a cosy haven for relaxing and dining al fresco and there is parking for three cars on the driveway. There is also a useful outdoor electricity socket where we charged our EV. The house is located on a very quiet residential road and is no more than twenty minutes walk from Branksome Chine Beach. Perfect!
