Positive: Location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, SPAR is just down, tram stop is nearby.

Negative: No air conditioner, the temperature was 35 degrees and it was on the 4th floor, it felt like we were staying in a Sauna Room. Only one sink, you needed to have your hand washing, teeth brushing and fruit/food/pan washing in that sink…

Summary: Not recommended to stay in Summer
