Positive: Good location. Clean. Good for a couple. Not very expensive comparing to more comfortable solutions in the centre.

Negative: This apartment is on 0 floor with window wall face to the street, so it is very noisy. The bed room is in the sort of cave (no windows). The stairs are not easy for aged persons or with disabilities. Not practical with small kids as well.
