Positive: Overall we had a very good experience. When we arrived they put us in rooms on the 6th floor, the rooms were very humid and the air conditioner was very noisy. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a room on another floor. The room is very large and spacious. The shower is large and comfortable.

Negative: The hotel doesn't have as many outdoor and nature activities as we expected. There is a butterfly room outside, not very large. The sloth monkey farm is not active. There is a very impressive golf course. Those who are not professionals should tell them (because they don't ask) and then they will take them to a specific area for practice shots. It was a particularly fun and enjoyable experience! The pool and gym are not of a high standard.
