Positive: The house itself was nice, location/pool, quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Nice gated community.

Negative: The walls were dirty, some crumbs left on the floor, not enough towels for everyone that was booked (8 towels, for 12 people booking). Bunk beds were broken. No extra blankets or pillows. No condiments (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc). Only four forks and spoons. Tiny travel size of dish soap, and laundry powder.

Summary: The stay was good overall. Was expecting a little more for the stay though.
