Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. But this is a really lovely home and the views make it worth it. A lot of reviews comment you need a car and that is advisable. It is a 20 minute walk downhill to an Italian restaurant that is open only evenings, and a 30 minute walk downhill to a beach bar (Olala). But this walk is a little precarious at night as there are no pavements for most of the walk and limited street lighting and then of course the walk uphill is strenuous. Having said that, it is not a busy road. The Moraira / Benissa Coast area is beautiful and there are more than enough wonderful places to eat and shop.
