Summary: The room was very bare and a bit shabby. There was no hot water in the morning for showers. The reception was not manned and staff from the kitchen had to come out to manage the checkout in the morning. Breakfast was fine but the tables had not been cleared and some food trays were empty. Again, this seemed to down to inadequate staffing.
